“I was talking about the wine” began in January 2018 as a set of posts on Facebook inspired by Kevin Zraly’s Windows on the World Complete Wine Course. As the posts started growing in length, and as my interest grew in keeping the posts together, I accepted that the time had come to move over to a dedicated platform.
Since I need another project like the world needs another wine blog, I expect to post occasionally about wines and the memories, stories, and ideas that pop into my head while enjoying them. I’m not a wine expert, but I like the stories about wine and wine making and the influence of wine on popular culture.
